I read a Paul Boreson article years ago, while he was still alive, and he seemed to know a great deal 'bout DNP. You may have already read his stuff. BTW, I don't think his death was in any way DNP related.

Anyhow, one thing I recall was he was emphatic, that you can not power train, or train Old School on DNP. As he said, if you did DNP could cause you to "break in half", always though that sounded omnimous.

Only went 3 days...it was Mem. day Week and too may distractions but after 3 days....u can tell something just aint right about dnp. Will i do it again....yes. Why..... It works. Will i be careful...yes.

Its alive because people are gonna do it regardless of others opinions. Its alive b/c what happens when peeps do these compounds that the results get out. Its alive because of our thirst for knowledge my friend.

After alot of DNP research over the last several months and after speaking to some people that have some pretty serious knowledge on it, I'm changing my tune. I don't think DNP is as bad as people make it out to be. Like anything, if used properly and SANELY I think it can be safe and effective. But like anything else, a few idiots here and there can give it a bad rap.

Im taking a very low dose at 150-200 mgs...its been 3 days and it feels uncomfortable at times. Sometimes i feel it...sometimes i dont. As for fatloss....not yet. Plan on goin 8-12 days.
Ill let yall know as i go.

The more carbs you eat, the hotter you should feel. Make sure you take it in the am and cut carbs after 7 or so, to lessen the night sweats. 200mgs is pretty safe.

OK im officially a moron...and a moron messin w/ DNP culd be a dead moron.I was miscalculating my dosages and was takin between 500 and 800 mgs! Felt horrible. The stuff just aint right. Ive experimented over the yrs w/ chem. enhancement and NOTHING makes u feel like shit the way DNP does. Will i do it again ...yes, at correct dosages though.
Before one does DNP they need a scale and correct capsules....duh!
