well i got my blood test results back and it just so happens that my liver enzymes r alitle high...i have been off cycle for about 2 months now and havnt been drinking or nething....manwhile when i was on they were fine...neway also my calcium is high...whats that all about?....is that really bad?.....this guy didnt check for cortisol or estrogen either...im pist.....but could it be my calciums high b/c i eat egg white like 4 times a week?

it was only one point outside the range so im not that woried....i just started my cycle back up yesterday and will be going to get a blood test within a month to make sure evehtings ok....as for my liver im taking milk thistle 3 times daily and refraining from alcohol usage

I wouldn't worry to much.... my liver enzymes are always high after a cycle or even a couple of weeks after(by couple of points.... the doc always says it's normal for some ppl...

The last couple months since I’ve posted my enzymes have been all over the charts.
I’ve been off everything except for some basic supplements ie multivitamins, aminos ect for almost a year. If the enzymes don’t level soon my Doc is going to recommend that I get a LIVER BIOPSY!

During this time period, on a normal scale of 0-40 (ALT/SGPT), my enzymes have been averaging in the mid-forties with a low of 38, and highs at 62+

I’ve taken tests for everything imaginable: all the hepatitis panels, TB, ultrasound ect and nothing has been detected.

I read online (WEB MD) and found that a 10% increase in body fat can have effects on liver enzymes.
I haven’t gained 10%, but I’ve been pretty sedimentary for the past 6-8 months compared to my previous life-style. I’m now thinking that it could be from gaining body fat, since I’m finishing up school and have been a lazy ass.

At first I was scared that 17a’s (stanz/winny + clen) could have damaged my liver, but the liver is regenerative and by now there should have repaired itself. – Right?
(I was at moderate levels that a beginner is recommended 25mg E/D or 50mg EOD)

I’ve started taking milk thistle, but I need to know what dosage is recommended for liver correction and if I should take it right up until the blood tests.

Besides getting off my fat ass, which I’ve been good about the last couple weeks, I would appreciate any and all advice.
