400 mgs DNP today.

gonna run it seven days at 400-600 mgs. Im going outta town or id run it 11 days. I know there arent to many fans here but i can understand. Its a controversal compound.
Ive researched almost every article out there concerning it but if someone wants to add any suggestions, etc thats cool. Please no articles on this substance as i ve prolly already read it.

I've been seriously considering it, too. My concerns are different from most people's concerns, though. Most people that advocate against it do so out of concern for idiots that overdose and die. I am intelligent, and smart enough to control dosage appropriately. My concern is over possible unknown, long-term health effects. I am very concerned about something that works inside the mitochodrial dna having effects in 15 or 25 years.

Keep in mind cells die off every day, in 15 of 25 years those cells that where effected would looooong gone. I understand if DNP had a direct ability to change or mutate the mitochondrial dna, knowing that each mitochondrial splits and has its own dna separate to that of the nucleous (sp, Im a dumbass). Show me something that has the potential to prove this (not saying there is not proof), look into the mechanisms of DNP and PM me or something and we'll go over it together.

I don't have anything to suggest that dnp has long term health effects. My concern is that there doesn't seem to be any studies to say yes or no on this issue. My concern is that it seems to be an unknown. It seems that most of the medical studies were done in the 1930's, and since it's now banned, no doctors or scientists have had any reason to do studies on the long term health effects on humans.

You are correct that MOST cells are replaced repeated in the body, but there are 2 notable exceptions- cardiac and neurological cells.

For me, a conservative approach to chemical usage is best. I'm not an athlete, and have no plans to ever be a competetive bodybuilder. I just wanna be a big, strong mofo. I would like to consider dnp, but it just seems that the possibility of risk rules it out for me, at least without further medical studies. This is particularly true in light of the fact that I only want to get my bodyfat down to about 10% (7%-8% at the lowest). This is definately an attainable goal, naturally.

In conclusion, I think that dnp usage is appropriate for competitors, and athletes. Without a larger body of medical studies, I have to conclude that for someone in my position, it's probably not appropriate.

DNP first got a start in the 40's as a weight loss compound (yeah, its been around for quite a while). Eat lots of oranges, tangerines, and peaches or whatever fruit you love to eat. Don't founder on them but eat enough for energy. Also take your multivit's and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. You will still need to eat clean since even DNP isn't a miracle cure for fatloss.

Actually at 400mg ED you can eat whatever the hell you want and you'll loose fat, but keep in mind you'll burn up with excess carb intake, do not eat starches!
