Plz help me put a cyucle together with what i have!

i currently have .........................

test. enanthate 250mg/ml 2x10ml
Equipoise 1 vial 200mg/ml
anavar 200 tab 10mg


if anyone has an idea of when and how much i should take i would appreciate it. i was told to take 400mg enan per week, and 200mg EQ per week, and 4 anavar every day. Does that sound reasonable?

take the test and run it 500 mgs a week for 10 weeks

save the rest until another cycle when you can get more

I would shoot the EQ at 400mg a week if you're a first timer. I don't know about the anavar.
