Keeping gains from Deca after cycle

I am thinking of doing a 7 week cycle of Deca and the guy that is getting the gear for me says that after i come off the cycle i am going to lose almost all the gains because its just water weight in the muscle. Ive tried to tell him thats not true and there are things you can do to keep most of the weight gained from a cycle but he keeps insisting that you wont. I dont think he ever comes completly off any cycle, instead just bridges and starts a new one. This is going to be my first cycle and would like to know if hes full of bs or if its going to be a waste of time and money. Also what types of things should i do to keep most of the muscle i gain during the cycle? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thats what i said i wanted to do to this guy but he says it would just be a waste and that deca would do good for a first cycle but i really wanna know if this guy is full of shit about me losing all my gains and what i can do to keep most of them after i come off the cycle. Also how much deca and test would you recomend for the first cycle?

Deca shouldn't be done in 7 weeks. It should be 12 week mininum along with a test based ester. Deca will give you gains by itself if it is the very first time you have ever used though. If it isthe first time you have used, just "buyer beware" because you willl lose some sexual desire with it, but it should still be used for 12 weeks even by itself.

Just as a note: Class I and II roids should always be used in conjunction since testosterone is the natural steroid in all of males and should never have anything used without it in a cycle.

Keeping gains is all about diet and post cycle therapy.

Some will say that post cycle therapy is a must, but when using deca which isn't too "nad" friendly I would say IT IS A MUST!

If you are not certain about what you are to do, may I recommend a solid diet and routine first prior to ergonomics such as steroids?

Unless you plan to be Mr. Olympia then for the most part, diet and training is the majority of what you desire to achieve your best.

I have a very sound diet and workout regimine already but this guy just has me totally confused about what i should do. I always thought u should atleast use clomid when coming off but he says its not needed nor anything else thats why im asking some of you all that seem to know more about this kind of thing

ok for pct im going to cycle clomid and armidex to keep the estrogen low and also use 500iu-1000iu HCG if my nads shrink up a lot. What doses of Deca and what test would u use and what dose for a beginer cycle??
