This is going to help me lose some serious weight and give me nice solid gains. Cycle is NOT for begginers.

First I'm going to be doing DNP.

Day 1-3 200mg/day
Day 4-10 400mg/day
Day 11-14 600mg/day

T3 will be added to this.

After the DNP (one week after)


Tren: weeks 1-4
150mg/EOD

EQ: Weeks 1-12
400mg/week

IGF-1 (lr3): 50mcg per day
5 days on, 2 days of. off and on for four weeks

Test E: weeks 1-12
750mg/week

Starting to carb deplete. I miss my carbs already.

Had a chicken breasts with lemon pepper, also had tuna fish (2 cans)

i am with ya on the carb depletion. started yesterday. what is the max amount of carbs that you can consume?

Less then 60g/day keep protien to 1g per pbw/day

Tried to make oral dnp (suspension) but it crashed, so I bought tabs.

Been on for 7 days now 200/200/200/400/400/400/400

Carb depleted 3 days before

Hey, thought I'd add my 2 cents to your log. I haven't been cutting per se, but I've been eating a lot cleaner...def. less than 100g of carbs a day... but this is the problem I run into...too much muscle loss! The problem isn't even the fatigue, or cravings...it's my calorie intake takes too much of a hit. I try to eat as much as I can still, but I gag when it's only protein. A couple months ago I tried to do a 0 carb diet, and it killed me with muscle loss (even with anabolics to preserve)...

So now, I just keep it balanced...finally getting some vascularity. I think I'm a solid 12% right now. You tell me when you see me. We can take pictures of each other. hehe. jk.
