Blood Pressure Problems

A three weeks ago it was 120/80. I got it measured again a couple days ago, and now it's 195/90

Putting my cycle on hold for right now. All I been running so far is DNP.

you need to see a dr.when i got put on my meds mine was 190/120...i got on meds been on them for 5 years...first few months was awlful til they figured which one worked best with my body..i feel for ya bro blood pressure messes you up i felt bad for years before i realized what it was...after they got the right meds in me i feel great.mine stays around 140/77 now.. started back using gear last year keep a close monitor on it talk to my doc about it everything seems ok..i can always tell when it is up now.be careful bro,not something to play with...

that is fatally high. 190. i was 160 last year and they thought that was bad.

Wow, your systolic pressure is dangerously high!! I'm no expert on DNP, but I haven't read where it increases BP, I've only seen where it actually decreases BP due to electrolyte depletion from excess sweating....(someone correct me if I'm wrong). So, that might not be the culprit.

Anyways, who administered the BP test? I'd get it taken again in a couple of days just to make sure it's valid. Good choice in holding off on the cycle too.

Yeah, I doubt it's the DNP. But I don't want to start anything until it's back to normal. My health comes before size (in most cases lol)

Did you take it at rest? Have you gained any weight lately that you know of or feel bloated or puffy?

I lost about 14 pounds pretty fast, yes, resting bp

I can't believe it! First time in a long time I come around to see what's happening...and this is crazy news. Be alive when I come up to see you Fri. Last time I came up I didnt' have a car and only stayed for 3 hours.

Just to chew on in the meantime, high blood pressure has three main causes, stiff blood vessels, narrowing blood vessels, or, as I think is in your case, blood with excess sodium and water in it. This can add pressure when the blood pumps through. Do you think you were consuming extra sodium were water recently...? Hope you stay well for 4 more days.
