20mg winny "caps". should i do 40mg one day then 60mg the next? - Anabolic Steroids

Ok guys,

so ive got 20mg winny caps, not tabs.

I planned on running 50mg ed...but it may be hard with 20mg caps.

should i run 40mg on one day, then 60mg the next...and 40 then 60... you get the picture.

or should i try to open the caps and divide the powder?
i was thinking it would be a hassle to open a cap every day and not end up loosing any powder in the cap

YES - That's much closer to (5) weeks, and it's the perfect duration for a decent amount of Winny.

Agree with X and itln. I would do 33 (~5 weeks) days of 60mg ed. That is strong enough a dose to get good results and about the right duration for a Winny cycle. However, if you wanted a longer duration for some reason, you could do 50 days (~7 weeks) at 40mg ed and still get decent results. I wouldn't run winny longer than that.

IMHO there is a big difference between 40mg ED and 60mg ED so would ensure i went to the higher dosage and reduce the term if needed

just go with 40 bro ... how many time have you run win?? if you are low enough in body fat 40 should do the trick and a longer run will give you a better result.....
