I've used clen before with great results, but never Yohimbe.

Now; when ever I have used Clen, it's always been with T3

Do I need T3 with Helios too?

You can run T3 with helios, but I don't recommend Helios use for most bodybuilders.

Are you just trying to trim down? I know people get tired of me saying this, but the best thing you can do is eat sensibly all day and do a minimum of 30 minutes to 45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week. I have a friend who got on T3 to trim down and now he is a fat **** on all types of meds.

I would never use anything but diet and cardio to slim down. Nothing works faster and nothing keeps the fat off your ass like diet and cardio. To each his own, but I see these people eating 3 burrito supremes and a bowl of ice cream, then they take T3 not good for your health.
