Cycle that needs some work

Littleman, you say this will be your 16th cycle. I have a rule of thumb: if something works, do it again. How does this cycle differ from some of your 15 previous cycles? I would try a previous cycle that you liked a lot. Or are your previous cycles no longer working? If so, what was your reasoning behind this cycle's design?

Mr. X - thanks - I now get it. And yes you're absolutely right - without the right diet you just soon piss in the wind!

DJSF - this has been one of my best cycles but I think I'll like it even more with the suggestions that Mr. X has made.
