btw...you can use all those products in a LONG cycle 25wks+ not an 11 weeker

You are on some 17aa oral at all times for 11 weeks. This is not a good idea. Show your liver some love and break up your orals to two 4 weeks periods, split by a 3 week gap.

Ok some updated info that might be helpful in advising me.

This will be my 16th cycle since 99. I'm at 180# and ~ 13% bf. I'd like to get to 190 and hold it. Diet I understand. No side effects to date. Legal test at 50mg/day.

I'm trying to get more scientific about this and need some help. I appreciate this forum (new to it) versus some of the others in that ignorance is not blasted. I have read many of the threads but am not sure what to put together and in what quantities for a cycle. Don't care about length of cycle - more concerned about hitting goals and doing what it takes.

I would split that whole cycle
into 2 parts

bulking cutting run over 25+ weeks

bulking you can run deca/sust/dbol/androl
cutting you can run cyp/prop/fina/winny

IGF - yes and when?-IGF is a good compound , can be ran bulking/cutting and pct
