I had this problem before. Try clearing your cache and temporary internet files. This will allow a clean connection to the site. It helped, but did not alleviate the problem totally. Although I haven't had any probs since then.

Actually this is a different problem than I had before. I got the same error.

Maybe I'm retarded, but I keep getting "Fatal Error: Cannot connect to database, access denied. Please contact the administrator"

Who is the administrator? and when it says "fatal error" did I kill him?

I am really concerned now.

all kidding aside I tried to advice given above, I tried all 5 of my e-mail accounts and I tried re-submitting it 2,961 times...any help?

I can get in right now but I have seen this same problem over the past few weeks. It does seem maybe they are having some server issues. Keep trying and you should eventually get in.

There are no actual delays that are based on what we did. We ship the product in a timely manner with proper packaging and best shipping methods possible (safety in mind). Customs, mail system and so on can slow down shipping greatly. Just the other day someone got a package postmarked June 1st , 2007. The package was never opened by customs (sealed just as we sent it), but it probably sat en-route for a month+ before being delivered. It shows you the great inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us.
