Keep the HCG to week 1 only, no more than 1000iu/day. You don't need 6 weeks of nolva, 3-4 is sufficient usually. See how you feel after that to determine whether you need more.

I am glad to see someone concerned about PCT, I see and read too many comment of people who only think of PCT when it is time for PCT and as an afterthought, when it should be just as important as the cycle itself or more!

Thanks for the info ,the gear I got has one vile 5000iu powder and one vile water 1ml you suggested I do 1000iu aday. When I mix the two together that will be enough for five days correct . Also what size pin to use :argh
