Every monday and thursday for 8 weeks
Deca 400mg
Sustanon 250mg

PCT will be HCG

I have been training for 3 years and i train twice a day. And my diet is good.

What do you think?

you mean every monday and thru you going to hit 650mgs of gear, 1300 total? way too much just hit 400mgs of deca durabolin and 250mgs of sustanon per week
