Want to gain about 20lbs of muscle....

Hey everyone. I want to gain about 20 - 30 lbs of muscle but I dont want to have to work out. How much test should I do to achieve this? I was thinking about 3000mg a week and about 100mg a day of dbol.

Will never happen. Either work out and eat right or forget about it.

There is no way to build muscle without working out, steroids or no steroids.

Nobody on this board would ever recommend 3000mg of test and 100mg dbol a week, that's just crazy.

lol 3000 mg of test is prob'ly more than what most pros do :P
