My First Cycle Log

1-10 500mg/week of Test Cypionate
1-11 .5mg/ED arimidex
12-14 150mg/day clomid
12-16 40mg/day nolvadex

Clen - 2week on 2 week off
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 60mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg


It official I have entered the dark side last night:bigsmile , with the help of my wife injecting my glute everything was painless, I in someway was expectiong some good pain from the thick oil of test, but nope it was smooth and barely felt it. I'm 233 pounds, 6'feet and well built. I'm hoping to share my experience with everyone here and also just to keep a log of my results.

Last Night I did Biceps/Triceps, I trained them 2 hours after my first shot and I have to admit I felt a little stronger, even thought I know it was in my head cause I'm using test Cypionate which usually I wont feel anything until proably the 4th week, It's probably a mind boost for me right now.

I'm doing 2 shots a week 250mg each, thursday is my next one. I also add in my .5 of arimidex. I will update my log daily, at least I will try. Keep tuned.

You don't need the clomid though and more than 20mg nolva hasn't been shown to do anything more. I would start PCT with a one time 5000iu of HCG and then Nolva 20mg for 3-4 weeks. Take some aromasin for the first week too.

BTW, congrats to you for being honest with your wife and having her on your side, helping you and being supportive. You wouldn't believe the number of guys who are hiding their steroid use from their gf or wife.

Your cycle is a textbook perfect first cycle. Simple and sweet. Be sure to gradually ramp up the intensity of your workouts in the first two weeks. You will start feeling the cycle in week 3, and you will be in full swing at weeks 4-5. The cycle will continue being effective until 2-3 weeks after your last shot, so keep working hard into your PCT.

The idea of me getting bigger and a stronger body just put a big smile on my wife's face, lol. She's a nurse and her sister is also a nurse that orders medicine for doctors including test:bigsmile . I cant wait for test to kick in! I'm really looking forward to this new experience.

I plan on running clen mid way through my cycle and during my pct. just enough to keep some fat off, I have slow metabolism so I need all the help I can get.

I know this is is wrong of me, and probably breaking the rules, but I interested in getting some HCG but cant find a domestic source, I really dont want to do the whole international way. If anybody can PM me I would really appreciate it. If this is not allowed sorry, it wont happen again.
