I think it's great that you're older and have done some solid research.. My point is just that I think that you have a bit of a ways to go physically before start using AAS. I know everyone is different but I can't help but feel like at 5'8" 160 lbs, 20% bf, that you could still do a lot naturally.

My emphasis here is simply that I don't want you to think that steroids are a cure-all or miracle worker. They should only be that something extra to get you from really good to great. The foundation is always going to be your eating, sleeping, and training. These things are far more important than steroids because you can do them right 365 days a year. You've got a lot of life ahead of you and you're gonna be off cycle far more than you're going to be on. This is why I emphasize the basics to you. I also think you need to probably trim up some before you go on cycle anyways, just to optimize the effectiveness of the drugs..
