iSteroids - Introducing myself

Hello,

I'm a beginner. I have never used steroids, but I am researching now.

If you have any advice for me regarding my quest for steroid knowledge I hope that this information will help you:

I am Asian, 5'8"ft, 160lbs, 20%bf. I go to the gym 6-days per week. My goal is to become 170lbs, at 9%bf.

My split:
Mondays: Chest & Back
Tuesdays: Biceps/Triceps & Shoulders
Wednesdays: Legs
Thursdays: Chest & Back
Fridays: Biceps/Triceps & Shoulders
Saturdays: Legs
Sundays: Off

On the first two weeks, 3 sets. Next two weeks, 4 sets. Next two weeks 5 sets. Then repeat, but change exercises. I got the base routine from Body Sculpting Bible for Men by Jim Villepigue and Hugo Rivera.

Presently, my supplements are creatine, glutamine, tribulus terrestris, Pro-Lab N-Large 2, and Optimum Nutrition Protein, Myoplex Meal Replacement.

On May 15, 2007, I have been irregularly in the gym for about 3 weeks because I got a bad allergic reaction that sent me to the emergency room. Next, I cannot get serious in the gym again until after June 6th because on this day my wisdom teeth will be removed which means no strenuous activities including weight-lifting for a couple of days after; the procedure requires that I be put under.

That means I can get serious in the gym on June 11th.

Presently, I'm researching testosterone enanthate and cypionate, clomid, and Nolvadex as my very first cycle. And as it turns out this is the defacto cycle recommended by most. However, I wonder if at my size, 500mg/week is appropriate.

You probably shouldn't touch AAS for at least 5 years.

How long have you trained seriously?

In total I've been training 3 years. However, when I go serious I go maybe 6-8 months at a time until something extenuating that I'm taken out of the gym. Just as it had happened with my last allergic reaction.

Previous to that injury, I caused tendonitis on my elbow when I did reverse curls too hard when I got overzealous. That took me out for 1 month, and still could hardly grip anything without pain.

When I go to the gym, I go all the time and am very serious. I don't mess around, I don't kid myself with foolish weights. I go to the gym with a plan, direction, with tenacity, perseverance, and motivation.

I'm ashamed to say this, but I'd say that in that three years, I've been out of the gym 30% of the time. However when I go the 70%, I make it count.

That's no good. I think you need to concentrate on getting all the other factors down pat before you look at the chemical side of things.

Finally, a newbie who is not 19 or 20, and who has done some research on his own first!

At 30, in my opinion, you are about the right age to consider Steroids... that is, if you are pretty sure have already reached your maximum potential naturally, and you are quite sure you are advanced and experienced in the gym, say in the top 10%.

Your proposed cycle, 500mg of test ew for 10-12 weeks, is a perfect first cycle. Be sure to run an aromatase inhibitor with that (.5mg arimidex ed should be fine). Keep running arimidex for the next two weeks after your cycle, then run the anthony Roberts PCT (there is a link to an article explaining that on the front page of this site isteroids.com). Basically it is nolvadex, HCG and aromasin. some people run Nolva only, but I personally would use HCG for any cycle longer than about 6-8 weeks.
