First Time User of Test E, Nolvadex, Clomid: What to Expect?

The cycle I'm thinking of seems to be the same recommendation from one forum to another. This beginner cycle which seems to be the de facto cycle is this:

Week 1-10:
Test Enanthate or Cypionate 500mg/week
Nolvadex Daily

Week 11-14
Nolvadex and Clomid Daily

Week 15-20
Off

I have decided this is definitely the cycle to start with. But is it appropriate for me? I'm a healthy Asian male, 5'8"ft, 160lbs, 20%bf, 30yo who wants to become 170lbs at 9%bf. Some recommend a lower dose of testosterone 250-400mg/week.

However, I don't know what side-effects are common with this specific cycle specifically for first-time users like myself. From what I can tell alopecia seems to happen during, but as the body recovers, hair returns. Acne is also a common one but I can deal with that. Gynecomastia seems to be another one. The most worrisome is testicular atrophy as testosterone is known to suppress HPTA-axis function, and there is a danger of being infertile.

All of these, I feel are still largely exaggerated and I can't get a straight answer as to whether these are likely side-effects at the recommended dose of 500mg/week for 10 weeks. I just want to get a real-world sense of what one could encounter even if it's only anecdotal.

So what could a first time user expect from this cycle both side-effects and good-effects? Thank you.

What side-effects can a 30yo/160lbs expect from the Test cycle I described?

I can't seem to guage what the clearest and most present dangers with this specific cycle is. And no one is saying either way. I'm hoping that if anyone has tried this cycle and didn't experience any side-effects, that would say exactly that. Or if they did, that they'd describe them.

My question was, what side-effects can be expected from the cycle I described. I hope that the answers will be based on real-world experience so that I have a real-world idea of what side-effects to expect.

What side-effects can a 30yo expect from the cycle I described. Mainly I'm hoping for answers from people who have done that very cycle and see if they experienced any side-effects.

As many factors there are, surely most bodybuilders did not consider every single one of them. And furthermore, those factors are likely real but only at doses far beyond what I'm proposing as a cycle.

The reason I'm asking is to get a real-world idea of what is likely to happen. Not the theoretical factors that need consideration.

The theoretical factors are there because they are simply that. Theoretical factors! They could happen! We don't know how your body is going to react. You're looking for us to either tell you that you don't need to worry about it or that it's unlikely. We're not gonna do that. You could get gyno without ai. You could lose some hair. You could get back acne. You could feel more aggressive than usual. You could have testicular atrophy. You will have your endogenous test production shut down. The fact of the matter is that everyone is different. Those factors are nonetheless talked about because they have happened. And no, you don't need astronomical doses to make these things relevant. Do they become more acute with higher dosages? Sure, but they're still present at the lower doses that you are mentioning. You're a smart guy, we can see this. Some questions don't have anything but theoretical answers until you test them in a real and physical way.


Again I don't condone you do a cycle at your current status. Some of these risks are increased at a higher bodyfat.

I am asking that indirectly. But my real question is what side-effects has been experienced using this cycle?

But why can't we just answer the question? I know the spectre of side-effects exist at any dose, and I know everyone is different. But these are variables that are immutable.

So I guess I should rephrase this question.

Avid, I thank you for your concern regarding my health. But I am more concerned about it than anyone else. So please understand, I'm not asking for your permission to use steroids so you don't have to condone it or otherwise. The reason I haven't taken any is because I know I'm not ready. And it will be difficult to get ready when I keep getting non-answer answers.

Has anyone used the cycle I had mentioned? Has anyone experienced side-effects with that cycle? Please don't breathe anymore meaning into my question than is there.
