First time using- When do you see results

Hi this is my first cycle. I am about 5'10 and half, 175 pounds. I used to run cross country in college when I was about 147-150 pounds.
I am using Test cypionate- 250mg/ml, 2 shots of 1.5 cc a week, a shot every 3 to 4 days. I am also stacking with 45mg winny tabs everyday. I have been on the cycle for about 3 weeks, started April 30, 2007. I was just wondering if this is a good stack and when will I start seeing big time results. I work out about 5 times a week concentrating on single body parts every workout. I have a strict diet of 200 g of protein 500 g carbs 80 g of fat. Thanks for any help fellas!

if you're a runner, I suggest you stop winstrol - it's bad for joints...

what kind of results you looking for? it's hard to get results in terms of muscle mass when you're packing on a ton of cardio.

Mr. X I no longer run, but I am glad you brought that up. I want to put on about 15 to 20 pounds of muscle, bigger arms and shoulders mostly. I also want to get rid of the fat I have on my stomach. Is this a good stack for these goals and how much cardio should I do? Also do you agree with my workout plan of 5 days on 2 days off with 4 sets of 8 reps of 4-6 exercises for each muscle group?

For your goals, a test-only cycle (with anti-E) would let you accomplish that.

whats anti-e do you suggest? So the winny is pointless to take?

.25mg arimidex a day and you can keep running the winny its fine.

It sounds like he's doing 3cc of test a week, which is 750mg. I would go with at least .5mg arimidex ed. If you feel any sensitivity in your nipples, I would use a full 1mg.

Some love Winstrol...some hate it. I happen to love it.Everyones different. Ive mentioned before my first cycle was only 250 mgs ew of Sostenon 250 and Winstrol @ 50 mgs eod for 8 wks and gained 18 solid lbs.
I like your work out schedule. Dont overdo the cardio, get plenty of sleep to recuperate and eat lots of good food.
