do you use only short acting stuff e.g. prop for site injections or can you also use long acting stuff e.g. cypionate for site injections?

site injections don't work...you're not going to grow from them - so forget about the whole concept.

yep...there is absolutely no proof that site injections are any better or worse. The bottom line is that the receptors are throughout your entire body. If you`re getting it intramuscular....then you`re getting it....regardless of where you put it. I HAVE however read, that site specific shots with IGF can be beneficial.

If one is running eod or ed inj.s then one might site inj. to get away from stabbin your glute so much.
Site inj.s do offer temporary swelling at the site that looks pretty cool for about a wk. Its only slightly noticeable and sometimes leaves a bruise. (My exs dad asked why I had two matching bruises on each of my biceps....talk about uncomfortable.)

Yeah, I would only use other spots to relive the strain on my glutes.

I do think that test susp and winny are supposed to do something locally. Also MGF is a local builder.
