HCG shots on 10 week cycle

i'm into my last 2 weeks on a 10 week cycle of sus250@500mg/week.

AI: I used Adex from week 3 to 7.
But from week 8 i switched to letro. i ran letro@ 1.25mg/day first, but now i think i'll up it to 2.5mg/day till gyno dries up.

questions:
1. how many days will letro@2.5mg/day take to destroy early gyno ? i think (and pray) i caught it early
2. if i stop cycle now then will my gyno disappear with letro alone. i plan to continue letro@2.5mg/day.
3. its sustanon, so PCT starts THREE weeks after last shot.means i gotta wait till June 26. I plan on doing Nolva@ 60/40/40/20.
Do I need to use HCG in PCT as well ? i'm worried it'll aggravate the gyno.

i'd like for people who cured their gyno with letro to help out. Guys so far the ONLY effect letro had on me was to reduce my sex drive to zero!
is that a sign of letro working? how long does the nip-sensitivity last ? i thought it would have gone already!

Are you sure you have gyno? Do you feel fibrous lumps or are your nipples just puffy? The first is gyno, the second is not. The first can only be fixed with surgery, the second can be fixed by a loss of bodyfat and use of anti-e's.

fibrous lumps? i dont feel any fibrous lumps.
i do feel these smallish lumps,but they seem really hard to get hold of.
and they dont feel fibrous, at least not yet.
And there's more puffyness than usual in nips. they tend to stick out a bit more and also feel slightly more sensitive, which has gone down a bit with the letro.
i do feel embarased at my nips poking thru my workout gear at the gym. its not much but its visible, especially when the A/C is turned on high!
got any ways to control that ?
