blood test out of site dr freakout

I have been on hrt for 2 years and you guys are the only ones i can seem to get answers from. for some reason my tes was up to 1700 last test and i still felt like crap. Q> can high estrogen or estrodiol levels cause tes to be ineffective? Doc wont even talk about it ,just wants to cut back on steroids. I cant even function unless my tes count is over 1000 My psa is very good cbc good what about high blood sugar ? could that have negitive affects?
