2 ) Question about Arimidex.

Running a 12 wk,
400 Eq and Test

thats 90 days Arimidex at 1mg a day ( right Mr. X ? )
how much Arimidex do I need to buy, x3 ?, that is 180.00...

is there a better, more affordable way to protect Hair and Nipps ?

3 ) also got 20 Ml 25 Mg tbol. Not sure how to sprinkle it in or not.
- I just needed to spend few more dollars to get free shipping and 20 ml Cyp free. So I got some tbol.

Suggestions Appreciated...

Use the tbol to end your cycle. Start taking it the day after your last injection, then start PCT 3 days after you run out of tbol.

You can use .25-1mg per day of Arimidex, depending on how bad your estrogen gets. Start at the .25mg dose and increase if you notice bloating or other estrogen related sides. Ideally you want to keep your estrogen up to at least normal levels so you don't kill your joints and lipid profile.

About the tbol,
I have 20 ml, so are you saying on week 12, the day after
my last injection, I should do 20 more days dbol by itself,
then start PCT 3 days after my last dbol smoothy ?

Do you have dbol or tbol? Your first post said tbol and your second says dbol. I wouldn't run dbol (ever really) close to the end of your cycle because it aromatizes easily and estrogen inhibits recovery times. If you have dbol use it in the beginning if you like.

If it's tbol then start it the day after your last injection, and run it for 20 days. That will give you time to get the esters out while staying in an anabolic state. 3 days after your last drink of tbol start PCT.

As a side note, if you don't have tbol, winny, or anavar to finish your cycle with I would get some. It will be worth it.

Adex will not prevent dht-related hair loss - you would need finasteride for that. With the tbol, aim for a minimum of 40mg/ed = 1.6mL. Since it does cause some water retention and comes on quick, I would use it at the beginning of your cycle to kickstart the gains.

Yeah, I missed the hairloss thing, definately take finasteride 1-5mg ED. I take 2.5mg but perscription propecia is 1mg. Even 1mg should be a big help.

Take the Arimidex with the tbol and it should keep a lot of the water off.

the arimidex is not a necessity during the cycle. I just like to keep it around just in case type of a situation. I have never used tbol as finisher.. but I have as a kickstart. I would finish with some var to bridge to pct.. you will be much happier doin this.. while you are at it.. some HCG prolly would fit in there nicely.

I disagree. I would definately use some Arimidex on this cycle. Why would you want all that estrogen in your system? It's not all about preventing gyno. You also don't want the water retention.
