i am not using finasteride right now but want to before starting my cycle to combat increased dht levels,when is it safe to start my cycle and when does finasteride become effective at inhibiting dht and reach stable levels?peace

I would start the finastride BEFORE the cycle to be safe...

The day before would be fine. Even the day of, it doesn't matter. I recommend 2.5mg/day.
