liver and kidneys

hey everyone, i need to know what is the best OTC supplement or whatever i can take for liver and kidneys. i want to take the extra care of making sure my liver and kidneys stay as clean and safe as possible while on, looking for something i can grab at local store/pharmacy real quick and start taking. thanks everyone.

never used neither of those, but i suggest-

1. Liv-52 DS for liver
2. Syston for kidneys

liv-52 is wel-known for its hepato-protective uses.
syston is less known, but v.effective for uti etc.
heck, i know people here in buffalo that needed surgery to remove kidney stones, but gave a shot to syston, and got fully cured w/o surgery!

Everytime I was on I used Liv-52 and they also have a kidney product I have to check out the name when I get home but they both came from the same place. Its good your thinking about your kidneys evryone is always worried about the liver but it is equally as important to watch the kidneys.
