PCT after 10 weeks of test cyp and winny

I think I have found my pct cycle.

Nolvadex for 4-6 weeks @ 20mg (I will start this 3 days after my last winny tab) and maybe if I get some more money. 3 weeks of IGF 50-60mcg 2x a day (I will start the day I take my last winny tabs.)

Any tweaks or suggestions are much appreciated fellas!

You have a basic idea - but the details are ****ed.
Try this
week 1 - nolvadex 60mg/ed
week 2 - nolvadex 40mg/ed
week 3-4 - nolvadex 20mg/ed

With IGF, the doses you suggested are too high. 100-120mcg/ed will cause more organ growth than muscle growth.
Try 50mcg/ed - 25mcg bilaterral pwo and 25mcg just before bed. I've had lots of experience with IGF and this is the best protocol I have tried.

This sounds perfect to me. Maybe add some Aromasin. I have to disagree with uping the Nolva. There is no benefit to taking more that 20mg/day.

E3d protocol is for indefinate usage. The time off between shots allows your body to upregulate its receptors. The protocol I suggested in this thread is simply for PCT usage. After 30 days or so, you will have to take about a month off. I'd rather not stop the IGF, so I use it e3d using the above method.

yea, i understand the downregulation prevention. but you're still having good results from that? You ever tried 40 mcg PWO indefinitely? Compared to the before bed ?

Before the "before-bed" protocol, all I did was immediately pwo (in the gym bathroom stall). More mass, but mostly water retention. I've found that before bed creates better sleep and greater fat loss. Since I'm cutting now, its what I'm looking for.
