delts swollen from injection

This is the first time i have injected in my delts and they are pretty swollen and sore as hell. I can handle the soreness. Is this normal. I have always hit my glutes and have had some painful injections there but never have notice swellon. I can visually see this. I shot IP Test enanthate 250
