anavar for fat loss, best dosage?

I wonder, what would be the best dosage of var for an about 102kg(210 pounds) guy, considering fat loss?

And please, Don't give me "steroids don't burn fat"-nonsense. My diet and cardio will be spot on, and I will use t3 alongside it.

No need to use t3. The dosage will depend on the time you need to loose the fat. The constant here is that it does not matter how hard you train there is a set limit of fat that is good to loose. In my experience anything more than 1kg per week and my mood goes to hell.

Better use the least amount for the longest. 20~30mg every day for 8 to 12 weeks and then do a normal pct. Have test on hand if you start feeling depressed or not getting normal erections.

anavar will not cause you to burn fat. however it will maintain lean muscle while cutting. the main use of oxandrolone to a bodybuilder is in the maintenance of lean mass while reducing body-fat. Oxandrolone itself may not actually reduce body-fat, but it too plays a key role in the process. Like most non-aromatizing compounds it has a repressing effect on the appetite making it easier for the user to control cravings and stay strict with his diet.

I will not run it longer than 2 weeks, doing a short-cycles bill roberts/muscle trainee style. 2 weeks on/5-6 weeks off for full recovery, and not using 19-nors.

I'm pretty cut already, but I got my first photoshoot mid july which I cannot screw up, my biggest problem is the typical hard-to-lose fat over the lower part of the rectus abdominus. I'd like to stay mostly the way I am except for that. Since var targets that problem zone, and visceral fat(losing extra inches on my waist always looks good), I consider it ideal for me goals. If it hardens me up as well, great, but except for my abs I'm pretty hard already and I haven't even started sodium cycling.

However the studies that proved that last part failed to conclude the optimal dose for fat loss considering price/effect, because var is once again expensive as hell with the recent powder troubles in China. My guess is 40-50mg/day.

Test makes me lazy, make me gain fat on my abs and bloats me even at lower doses, and made me gain useless mass. I will not use it again.

ANY steroid with any androgenic binding within the fat cells will cause you to lose fat. The more, the harder. I have no id who ever started the joke that steroids do not burn fat, perhaps he wanted to say that steroids alone are not effective if you eat like a pig, because you will store more than you burn. Ask any endocrinologist about androgens and fat, they will say the same thing.

Now var seems to binds especially well with the visceral and ab-fat cells, it might also be something caused outside the AR.
