Need Advice for a first timer?

Any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated. I am new to this site, and want to get some info on the best way to change my diet since I will be using steroids for the first time, and to make sure I get the right stack to end up with the right results.

Some info about me, I am 6'6, 250 pounds, about 10% body fat last I checked, probably even lower then that now, been working out for about 8 years naturally. I would love to think I do the basics correctly. I work out intensely 5 times a week, I take in over 400 grams of protein a day, I eat fairly clean about 8 times a day. I eat close to 4,000 calories per day. I've always seen gains. I used to be 280, but that was when I was on creatine mono and a lot of that was water.

Goal: To gain muscle faster, yet not sacrifice too much definition. I do not want to blow up with tons of water retention. The stack that I have chosen is Deca and Sostanon 250. With this stack I do understand that I will gain water retention (which I know helps to get one in an anabolic state), however I want to limit the water as much as I can to still show drastic change. I am looking to add Letrozole to this stack to help combat this issue. I am more concerned about lean hard muscle gains.


1.) Can I achieve what I am looking for in this stack? (Hope so, I already bought it)

2.) How much Deca and Sostanon 250 should I take?

3.) When should I add Letrozole into the equation? Every week? How much? How long?

4.) How much more calories should I take in when I do this? Should I perhaps increase my calories another 1,000, making it 5,000? If so, if I jump in calories so quickly would I gain a substaintal increase in body fat?

Any other tips that I could benefit from would be appreciated.

What you are trying to do is extremely difficult. I refer to it as lean bulking. The tricky part about it is your body is pushed passed its natural limits because of the gear, however you need to eat more and take in more calories so you can feed the machine. The cache 22 is that with more calories means more fat because you don't want to do that much cardio while trying to gain muscle size. My suggestion is bulk for maybe 5-7 weeks get on all the mass you desire and then shread back down. This will enable you to become stronger and bigger, but you will be a little soft in the gut for a while. GL bro!

You can add letro. .25 up to 1mg ED while on cycle. I would start with low dose if you feel you need it (sore nipples) then up the dose. I prefer to run Adex along with cycle at .50 ED.

You are going to need to Inject Sustanon atleast 2 times a week. Deca 1 time a week. You can run Test and Deca Example

Sust: 500MG/250MG every 3.5 days
Deca 400MG or 600MG every week
Run Letro along with cycle .25 ED

Sign of Gyno you can bump the doseage no more than 2.5MG ED.

You can mix the Deca in with your shots, but my advice is not to push more than 3CC at a time when Injecting in the same muscle group. Seems like the more oil you push in; the sorer you get.
