You gotta try things to see what works for you best ectomatt and this can only be done through some experimentation. The diet you posted looks ok but I still think you could do with a little more food. Add even another meal in there altogether. Not too much wrong with your training either excepting perhaps to up the reps a little.

thanks access, yeah you right like i think finding what is right for me seems to be the struggle... you say the diet i posted seems ok but need more food i got the values with the plan but it didnt post for some reason so in total for a day is protein 285 Carbs 806 Fat 104 Calouries 5340, i did change it a little but i think the calouries would still be about 5000 a day i kno everybody is different but shit how much do i reallt gotta eat haha. maybe for a couple weeks i might do less sets more reps and do 2 muscles in a day so then can do each twice a week and see how i go

im from aust too champ and i also rely on cats gear,
theres actually 4 of us on paperdrol as we speak and all doing great gains, one of my mates strentgh is actually much better than all of us,so it all depends on yourself too,we are all different obviously, the gear is not fake and should be effecting you, that diet is terrible champ, no protein whatsover, waking up in the morning?what for?lol just get yourself a night formula with casein in it and that will feed you all through the night for 7 hours, you wanna avoid waking up and let your muscles relax for at least 8 hours, as for glutamine supplement,to be honest i think its a waste of money, have you ever thought to yourself how much glutamine is in each serving of wpi?or any other type of protein?theres more then enough, same goes with bcaa and other vitamins,its all there,in the protein and from a clean diet,so dont go rushing and buying all sorts of shit you dont need, but i do reccomend a multi vitamin and milk thistle,milk thistle for when your on tabs, your diet has hardly any protein in it,which is an essential for muscle growth, especially while on gear, if your a person on the move then theres no harm having a protein shake with some food etc, just try your best to have as much natural protein like fish,steak,chicken,tuna etc and the meals that you cant,have a shake, but doesnt mean have a shake on its own,you need to add some carbs and fat to it, sounds like your a guy always on the move, also look into meal replacement powder(eas myoplex deluxe or reflex progen) you can have one of these a day as a meal replacement,but dont always rely on them. im also a guy that cant always have food,plus i dont like tuna, so i basically have 2 servings of steak,fish or chicken a day and the rest is from powders and other natural foods, look at peanut butter,if you put 2 tablespoons of the stuff in a shake thats a bonus 9g protein, so theres plenty of foods out there for protein,not just meats, and since your in australia,i know protein costs you an arm and a leg so heres links for your protein. www.proteindirect.com.au (cheapest and quality protein in australia)also available on ebay australia, highly reccomended, www.vitaminking.com.au this guy has the cheapest vitamins,protein,supps in australia,i buy from his store and hes alot cheaper than the online store, are you in sydney by any chance? hope this all helps.good luck. |
