Personally I think people eat to much food. You should not get real fat while your on gear.

i agree with jack,
if you want nice and steady gains with minimal bloat and fat,then cut down on your cals.5k cals i ridiculous i reckon for you.
as long as your protein intake is right,and you got some carbs and good fat in your diet then you will be fine and expect good gains

well i've never eatin 5k cal in my life... i've had today off so i've been researchin and changing the diet i posted to suit me better with cost and so on, while still keeping the prot carbs and cals the same but still i will be eatin from the moment i wake till i sleep again haha.

hey twin head you got 395 grams protein a day, divide that and so on... how do i get the carbs? like how you get the protein figure so i can get the carbs one?

is that 7.5kg bloat even though im using letrozole at 0.25ml a day?
i dont think so champ,
just cause ive put on 7.5kg in 4 weeks doesnt mean its all bloat,
to be honest,you can barely see any bloat on me,besides a little fat on my stomach,

with carbs,you roiughly work off the same figure,395g of carbs.
and add some fat to each meal,
fats such as:
olive oil,
flaxseed oil
nuts,
olive oil spread,
peanut butter,
i usually add at the most 20g fat each meal,that works out to be 180 cal.

get a diet together and post it up and surely some of us can edit it for you,
also use calorieking.com.au to work out carbs,protein,fat and calories per meal,the site is pretty accurate and has most stuff thats available on market

mate get your facts right,
your not making sense at all,
your answer is like trying to say:
maybe its fat and bloat or maybe its not.lol
it all comes down to diet and genetics,
you can keep most of your size and strentgh after coming off a cycle, you just got to know how to maintain it,
yes you will lose 2-5 kilos,my case never over 3kilos, but its not that noticable,

in my last 2 cycles i barely lost any size,
what made me lose size was been put in jail for a month, and only eating 3 times a day with last meal been at 3pm.thats what you call therapy and major loss of gains,muscle and strentgh
