4.30 another shake as would of just trained
6.00dinner normally a chicked dish whether it would be stir fry or something like that or eye fillet steak with roast vegies
9.00 another shake an maybe a bowl of ice cream

yeah man i realise that so have changed diet, i feel like sick thoufg now... so have gone from no gains to joining these forums to find out why to lifting heavier that very day now i feel sick. haha... like cant sleep at night either, sick meaning almost stomach cramps sick.. maybe the anadrol????

so whats your diet now?
anadrol is known for stomach cramps,
i havent had any sides from drol as yet,besides light acne on shoulders and a little anger here and there

twinhead, mate its like what you posted only without the coopers homebrew stuff or the blackberries, as havent had time to go shopping yet, as everything else is part of what i buy anyway.... oh and just till weekend its muesli instead of the cereal you suggested....
