When to take Anavar??

I know the doses should be split up to AM/PM or Morn/Afternoon/Night, but should I take it with food? on an empty stomach? by itself? or could I take it with my vitamins? Want to get all the facts straight.

Take it with meals...it upsets the stomach otherwise. As for 2 or 1 a day it depends on how strict you are.

Me I like to take it in the morning and after my training session, but have done var 1 in the morning and did not notice a lot of difference.

Everyone has a little bit of a different suggestion on this. So I will throw in my 2 cents worth.

I personally would like to know how much you are taking (mg/day) and how many mg is each pill (I assume 5mg or 10mg)?

With an active half life of approximately 9 hours or so, I usually dose about 30mg/day (but it’s stacked with about 3 other steroids) and I take 2-5mg pills in the am. 2-5mg pills in the afternoon and the last 2-5mg pills in the late afternoon. I take all on an empty stomach. I never take any oral steroids during or following a meal.

This seems to well for me, but you need to find what works best for you since we all react slightly different to each compound.
