gear drugs and alcohol

i have a concern with a friend who drinks heavily does cocaine and uses gear. he is a pretty fit big guy who doesnt take lightly to people opinion. he is an abuser .my concern is what kind of heath problems might he encounter if he doesnt stop

1) get a rope
1a) flush his steroids first
2) hang himself

so people don't blame steroid abuse for his crack smoking

Severe derpression...one on crack does not work out properly plus makes them consume large quantities of alcohol for a day or two or as long as his crack binge last. No motivation, severe hangover and undo stress to the liver. Its a dead end road.

Your pal is truely down a dangerous path, not only everything Gator said, but with the 'caine he's looking at some heart/blood pressure/brain issues, and as far as the booze...heavy, heavy liver stress. The depression is no joke either...booze throws off most of the chemicals in the body, hormones being a major one. Bet this dudes eyes are kinda yellow where they should be white, and blood-shoot most the time, huh? If he won't take advise w/out beech-slapping the giver, start to distance yourself. And find out where he keeps his gear so you can snag it when he kicks, goes to jail, or winds up in a padded room. If you really do care about the dude, suggest he look at these posts maybe.

yea wut he said. plus when he comes off the coke and the urge to do more takes over (the "fiend") and becomes a diff person mixed with steroids and alcohol thats a ****ed up combo bro tell him to chill
