I don't know why, but my hands would go numb at times during the night. The BP was normal, actually low, and ironically, I would be clumbsier with my hands when I was growing from a cycle or normally without juice. I mean, I'm always walking into the wall every night when I sleep walk to the bathroom, but I was never a butterfingers until I started working out hard. The numbness in the hands is not uncommon while sleeping.

Something that some people don't realize is that when they do bicep curls with dumbbells or barbells, is their hand grip. Sometimes they grip too tightly and they only need to grip it tightly at the top of the range of motion to keep the bar in the hand. On bicep curls you should be working the biceps, not the hand grip.
