are these sides o.k?

im taking 250 mgs of test cyp every 5 days and going into week 6. i just started getting tight feeling hands sometimes.... and only at night while sleeping my hands will get numb and tingly and then go away when i get up? is it high blood pressure? im on a cyp only cycle. thanks.

You should go see your doctor. Or atleast go somewhere like Wal-Mart and use their BP monitor. Could be a number of things.

Could it be the way you lie in bed,pressing on a nerve,just the way you can get a dead arm by lieing on it to long?

I work with my hands as well as work out. The ring/pinkie fingers going numb is a classic carpal tunnel symptom.

Check your blood pressure. C'mon, your on cycle...

It could be high bp, it could also be wrist pumps that are squeezing that tendon sheath. I get them a little bit after heavy forearm sets, not numbness - tight hands.

Yeah like was said could be carpal tunnel or I have read about pseudo carpal tunnel as Jack said, the temporary inflammation in the tendon sheath. I have this same issue, mine is very dependent on a couple of factors; I only get it when I am sleeping, only when I have been training, and the main thing is curls and upright rows. When I have taken a break from training it goes away. And I work construction, which is pretty labor intensive, but it doesn't cause the inflammation like training does. Hope that helps. The Orthopedic surgeon told me that B-6 and vitamin E helps and that an anti-inflammatory like Aleve can help. I personally don't use the Aleve, I like to keep my system as clean as possible, but I do the rest.
