My friend is dropping his dosage from 500mg to 250, he injected last time monday and thursday. He asked if he should inject monday or wait till next thursday and then inject. Only the 250 that is.

He should not drop his dose until the end of his cycle, then he should drop it to 0mg/week. If he is going to do it anyway just tell him to hit it monday.

Yeah, but remember that high levels of test downgrade the AR, so lowering your dose on cylcle is a terrible idea. If you smoked 5 grams of crack a day for awhile and drop down to 2.5g of crack your not even going to get high. Same deal with AAS.

Tell your friend that 10 years ago, everyone cycled up and down, thinking that easy in and easy out was the best way. Come to find out, it just increased sides by allowing the blood levels to go up and down too much. He should just stay on 500mg/wk, that's a beginners level cycle, unless of course he will run out before his cycle is over, and in that case, your friend is stupid for not planning and researching enough to make it count...

I don't want to stirr a debate here, but I think that is a sensible approach for long term. He is using test e which because of the half life of the ester will still be in the system long before the next shot will be.

I do agree that ramping up is a bad idea, but tapering down is the way doctor's prescribe medicines and injections. It seems (and this I am not sure) that the OP is suggesting some type of HRT where the user is at 250mg per week and then does a Cycle for x weeks and then tapers down back to the original 250mg (baseline).

Crack and Steroids do not work in the same metabolic pathways. Please do not confuse this.
