A couple of weeks ago I was complaining about not getting push form the TEST I was using. I got a lot of advice from the boards and found out it was probably my routine and diet. I uped my protein intake to 350gms per day and rested for 6 days before going back to the gym.
My first day I had to do a double take at the weight I was lifting because it felt so light. By the end of the work out i had to increase the weight just to feel a good strain.
I am sticking to a more disciplined routine with rest in between and I feel like a different person.

Good to hear that. educate yourself. rely more on proper training and diet. Like x said food is very anabolic.

Thanks for posting man. I was just reading someone's post last night that said they didn't think their Test E was doing anything after 7 weeks. He needs to read this.

yeah that'd be me... good stuff man, lets my story closely follows yours i even took last week off the gym plus started havin a shake with every meal as theres no possibility of eating anymore food i dont have any more time to eat, so my protein would be up around 350-400... but still no change... lets hope i end up feeling same as you

Try to shoot for even more. Shoot for 600carbs, 500Protein and as close to 4000 calories per day while you bulk. Drink a LOT of water. I wish I had tried just that before I ever entered the dark side.

well i just got back from blood test, 4 days till kno whats up on that end of the scale, my cals are already over 4000/day.. i think like nearly 4500.. will keep posted on results of blood test
