Newbie... More help on First Stack

I posted a little while back for first time asking a lot of questions, thanks for the help guys.

I've been doing alot of reading up and homework etc, I'm looking for quick results so I've come up with the following stack....

Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
Masteron Propionate
Testosterone Propionate

I am 5'11" tall and weigh 14 stone. I'm mainly looking to tone up more than to bulk up, Its the first time I've taken steroids so am pretty bloody clueless so just wondered if I could get some help on the following Q's...

I don't have a clue on dosage and frequency. Could someone reccomend?

Has anyone tried this stack?, what were the results?

Would the Masteron be enough to counteract the aromatizable effects of the Test Prop & Nandrolone PP or would I need another anti-estrogen, I could do without squirting milk at people whilst on my hols!

Is injecting the only option or is there an oral alternative that is almost as effective, or am I just trying to have my cake and eat it?

Ouch!! This is a horrible layout for a cycle lol are you sure you have been researching? Doesn't seem like it. If you have been you would not be asking this question.

So what exactly are you trying to achieve? Loose fat, tone up, and bulk at the same time? LOL I think I know what you mean though.

1.Look want to loose fat? Diet before you cycle! Your 5'11 and 200 pounds. I have a feeling your bf is over 15%.

2.Diet is the key on your AAS cycle for your lean goals. One AAS cycle is not going to make you look like Mr Universe.

3. Masteron and Test Prop is a bad setup for your first cycle. The number of Injections per week would make a novice AAS user flinch.

Each person is different. Some people can do all the steroids in the world and have no gyno issues. Running Arimidex on cycle will help with your gyno concerns. Deca poor choice, Masteron poor choice, Test Prop If you can handle the injections 2-3 per week.

What would I do.

Test E or C 500MG EW 1-10 or 1-12
Winny 6-12 50MG
Arimidex .5-1mg ED

Test is a great choice as it is the base for almost every cycle I have ever read about. Winny is a great add on for the last 6 weeks. I love Winny!!! :inlove

Yeah my BF is over 15%, 20% to be precise. .... But Im working on it!

Im not looking to bulk up really, trim up & tone up! I get alot of cardio at the moment, jogging, Thai Boxing and only really doing weights twice a week, working on upper and lower at same time. My diet is pretty good, low fat, loats of protien & slow carbs.

The reason I suggested....
Test Prop is I want quick results, maybe I'm being a little impatient, but I thought if I'm going to stick a needle in my backside I might as well go all out, it's only the first one I think I'll be warey of from there It'll be plain sailing, might even throw in a little vodka to spice things up!! (JOKE!). It also says on the site thats its the most prefered for cutting cycles

Masteron because it says it's the most effective steroid in the world to use in a cutting cycle without the possible side effects with Tren. It also says it works as an anti est' and stacks well with Test.

Do you have to inject each drug seperatly? can't ya just mix em all up and whack em in?

Dont waste your money or your time. In other words, do it right or not at all. First get your BF% down to 12%, 15% min, and then think about adding gear to your mix. Your quest for a quick fix wont be found with steroids...

Well you could use Clenbuterol to take your body fat down. Also you should train like animal and not be a ***boy who just takes roids and doesn't do jack. "I go gym once a week" bs. Myself I am on my first cycle 5weeks deca now and added omnadren this week. I feel ****ing great, I have never felt so good in my life. I can do insane amounts of cardio. My strenght has gone up like a rocket. Steroids are worth it man, but prepare your body for it first and make proper training programs for yourself. Only down side is sex hunger that I feel after omnadren due it includes test prop. I train 6 times week, 2 times gym, 4 times MMA/Thaiboxing. Hours in day I train are between 2-5h.

Agree with Adam's suggested cycle, but I would leave out the Winny. It can create problems with painful pumps, which won't help your boxing at all. Better to go with test + arimidex, a simple but very effective cycle, and work on your diet. Ideally get yourself below 15% before starting the cycle, otherwise it will be harder to see your results... they will be hidden beneath flab that should have been removed first.

I would start by trimming back your carb intake from whatever it is now, especially for your meals later in the day, and avoid carbs completely (especially avoid snacking) for 3 hours before bed. Keep this diet in effect for a few weeks while you up your cardio (don't snack if you get hungry, and keep your protein intake high), and you will gradually see the fat melt away week by week.

Once you get below 15% body fat, and only then, consider rewarding your efforts with a simple test cycle. It's important for your first cycle to be simple so you can learn the ropes. Beginners should not stack, in my opinion. If you have problems, it will be very hard to figure out what caused it. Not to worry, 500mg test a week with the right diet and workout will be very effective for you.

Thanx DJSF, the best advice so far by miles. Appriciate your help Adam F on the stack but I feel you have a much better point DJ SF with regards to stacking so soon!

I train like a Bstard, My mate is ripped to shi* and he's got 17% body fat?, 15% seems a bloody impossible target when I look at him! Maybe the scales we're using are up the creek?.

More to the point... I here youll recommending strongly not to take them until your at a certain fitness/stature (15% BF) but is really the case, will roids not also help me train harder?, therefore burn fat faster?, therefore have an effect or will they just make me bulk out and with the added fat make me look fatter, I'm a little confused! (Sorry Manifest).

Surely if I'm training and getter leaner by the day they can only add to that or is there some adveres effect I'm unware of?, what negative effects can they have. Sorry for asking so many questions, I guess I am just really clueless but I do appriciate the help greatly!
