currently on first cycle..need some advise

im 25yrs, 5'9, and weigh 184. bf is a little high. for my first cycle i dint want to do anything to big cause im trying to trim up and lower my bf. this is my cycle:

wk 1-16 equipoise.....600mg ew
wk 10-16 winstrol.....50mg eod

i am currently on my 3 week. my question is, do u think i should add anything to this cycle to achive what i am looking for.

Drop the eq to 400mg and add 250mg test e or sust. You're not going to get extreme gains off of this. You might want to start with winstrol weeks 1-4 too. If you have any joint problems add some deca. If you are eating well it won't make you fat.

im not sure wat my body fat could be, maybe 20 give or take..im gonna find out next week. if i drop the EQ to 400mg and add 250mg of sustanon. how long should i take it for? remember im on the 3rd week already of the EQ.

This is what your cycle should look like:

1-14 250mg Sust
1-13 400mg Eq
13-16 50mg Winstrol/day

3 days after your last dose of winstrol start PCT.

20mg Nolva/day and 2.5mg Aromasin/day for 4 weeks should do nicely.

Oh yes, 100% better man. Clomid has some nasty side effects, but if that wasn't bad enough it also desensitizes your testes to LH. Nolva does not and after the first 10 days of treatment Nolva increases your test levels more than clomid does. I can't fathom why anyone would use clomid, unless they really haven't done the research.
