Question regarding a shipment

I order some items 3 weeks ago and some of it came in the mail today.It was my test,but the other packages werent in my mailbox.Basically all the vails came in the mail,in 1 package,but my anti e and tabs dident.Im concern because in the past all my packages came together on the same day,usally 2 packages.Im thinking that maybe my tabs got seized.Or maybe it was shipped from 2 diffrent places?

Has anyone out there experienced this before? where they get 1 package in the mail,(half of there gear)but the other packages take longer to come?Or does this usally meen one of the packages got seized.
