Crash and PCT

I am finishing up my last 10 days of what was a good PCT after a great season, however I crashed last Fri and required surgury, lots of road rash and cuts and bruses as well as a level 4 AC shoulder seperation. The doc said all my #s were good so no questions were ever asked I wonder how much my recovery will be slowed by this being inside my PCT and if or should I go back on my HRT program to help things out.

I have NO compititions untill next year so I am thinking to ride this out and let nature handle it. Comments??

I don't see why you should have any problems recovering while being on a PCT right now...

You are considering going back on your HRT program... At what dose? And what did your last cycle consist of?

The HRT is only 1iu ed of hgh and two applications of 100 mg test cream. My last cycle was a 400deca wk and 25 ed winnie stack. (8 wks) Very different outcome needed from a BB. My early season stack was Test prop@150 eod and 25 DBol ed +AI.(12 wks) For the PCT I stopped everything and will return to the HRT as a base line. At 49 yrs old the hrt brings me into a normal range.

I feel I have recovered fine from this but as you know as athletes we always want to be back as fast as poss.! I do expect to ride it out though and save my gear for the hard months!

I agree with ASR, ride it out... Save the gear... You should be just fine bro...
