Anyone wanna help me design a cycle?

Hello everyone I am new here and I am going to start a cycle in about 3 months.

However I still also trying to lose about 25 more lbs, I am 5'11 226 lbs and hit the gym 5 days a week before work, I lift on 3 days and swim for 30 min 2 days and do 30 min cardio 5 days a week. This one cycle was suggested to me

est.e @ 250mg/wk 1-12
eq @ 500mg/wk 1-12
winnie or var @ 50mg ED wk 8-12

cycle your clen for 4wks on then 4wks off

My goal is too bulk up /mass up( noticeable results but not extreme) a little while cutting some fat at the same time.
I dont want people to know either so someone on another board was recommending some orals but I prefer not to go that route.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I am 27 yrs soon 28 in a few weeks never did any gear and have been researching for a few months but even though I have some good idea's and cycle recommendations. I would rather have someone who has had "hands on experience " with what goals I have for myself.

IMO, the Test E & EQ should do the trick in those doses w/o being too obvious you are doing gear. But if you want my suggestion, test E or C 500 mg EW would be better. here is why, the Eq will make you hungry all the time, and since you have already mentioned that you had/have diet issues, you probably dont have your dieting down yet. If you dont know how to eat clean, you will probably put on some, or maybe a lot, of unwanted fat. Test only is a good cycle to begin with. you can always add EQ to the next one...

BTW, clen should be used 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and tapering the dosage. It's obvious that you have not read as much as you should on Clen or you would know this. It is a powerful chemical, so please do more research on it before you take it.

The 4 week clen cycle was only recommended to me, I never planned on going longer than that. Originally I was only going to do clen just to see the effects without anything else.

Just wanted to make sure you have done your homework, lol...For me, clen only works for two weeks and then my receptors shut down. Some can take benedryl the third week and their receeptors will respond, for me it didnt work. Good Luck
