I am not a bodybuilder I mostly do power yoga and some weights. I am 40 now and am just interested in making sure my bones stay strong and maintaining my muscles and vitality.

What do you guys think of testesterone gel? The questions i have related to it are:

1. How can I obtain it.

2. What do you take to diminish the estrogen effects and the diminishing of your own test.

3. Is their any type of anabolic products that dont cause acne since I used to break out easily up to age 30.

I have never used but I assume would be the same as injecting just less efficient. Given your age I am sure a HRT clinic would be able to write a presecription for you or even your own doctor after undertaking a blood test to see what your natural levels are. You would also need to take something for PCT after running a course of the gel and again if going the legit way you should get a prescription for Anastrozole and HCG. Unfortunately a side affect of test is acne but I would think the gel would cause this to a lesser effect.
