i wanted to make my own weight gainer and i saw a thread a long time ago about using this to make it..


how does one know how much of the powder to mix with your own protien in orger to get the cal up there

im trying to mix something with about 700-900 cal to add to my daily diet for my up coming cycle

Weight gainers tend to be mostly HGI carbs. If that's what you're looking for, mix 2lbs of whey concentrate with 8lbs of maltodextrin, dextrose, waxy maize, or a combination of all. Per 100g, you have about 20g protein and 80g carbs for 400 calories.
