Normal is 120/80. Anything above 140/90 and you are hypertensive. Above 160/90 and you need to get on meds asap.
It is my understanding that clen actually may reduce blood pressure if taken in small doses.

i took a few measurements today and yesterday average has been in and around 135-142 over 80-88 thats a bit high then and i havent started clen yet so i should be ok

Monitor it at different times of the day, as it can fluctuate a great deal. After a few days on clen, see how you are reacting. If no real change, up the dosage, but keep monitoring it.
