Anybody have experience with Depo-Medrol?

Chemical name is Methylprednisolone Acetate. Manufacturer is Upjohn.

Injection advice? Duration of use? Side effects? Anabolic affect or just Cortisone?

Corticosteroids are and should not be mistaken for AAS. Anabolic Steroids are synthetic substances related to the male sex hormones (androgen.) Corticosteroids closely related to cortisol, a hormone which is naturally produced in the adrenal cortex. Duration of use, Injection advice should all be given from a doctor. Side affects are/can be.

1. increased appetite and weight gain
2. deposits of fat in chest, face, upper back, and stomach
3. high blood pressure
4. cataracts, acne, muscle weakness
5. increased susceptibility to infection
