I would totally frontload, I get test flu anyway. Your first week you just double the injections. I also would split this into two injections per week to keep blood levels more stable.

400mg/week of Eq is plenty and 500mg of test is a great dose. I would also start and end with 4 weeks of tbol. 1-4 25mg tbol/day and 10-13 50mg tbol/day. I like an oral at the end because your gains start to taper off around week 9 and it gives you that boost at the end to make it all worthwhile . Have fun.

Pro bmx, yep, here I am at 37 and did that exact same thing and gained 14 lbs over the summer. That is with 40 +/- times under my belt. I have helped quite a few friends and with proper education,sleep, and nutrition that is a good first whirl.... but that is only my opinion. This kind of lets a newb get a feel, I have seen guys who load up on their first time and cant handle the growth maturely or the strong emotional changes. Then again some people say your first is your best and go for it, so who knows??? Oh yeah, 500mg is not to much, and I used to laugh at these low amounts when i was younger. Thought it had to be around 1500mg T a wk or I wouldnt grow. As I got older and learned more about Nutrition,sleep, etc. I was able to lower doses, use products with less sides, and get equal gains. Sorry to hijack the thread!

Hello. Thanks for the replys.
Should I do 1week frontload of Test E, and 2weeks frontload of EQ, or should EQ be 1 week frontload too?

Should I do dbol first 4 weeks (like Access suggested), or tbol first 4weeks and last 3weeks(like I am Jack suggested)? What would the differences be in doing one or the other?

I will be doing 14 weeks on this cycle, like Access suggested.

If your going to run it 14 weeks then I say forget the front loading. Why battle with test flu if you don't have to and 14 weeks is a good time frame for this cycle. Also wasn't this your first cycle? Slow and steady with to start would be my sugesstion. Get an idea for what each compunds effect is on your body and try not to have too many compounds in your cycle initially. if this is not your first cycle then go with frontloading, add in tbol or dbol.

This is my first cycle. So it's better to just do 14weeks 500mg Test E, and 400mg EQ with no frontload, to keep it simple, right?
