Well if ur truely a 1st timer isnt Test E 500mgs/week and EQ 400 mgs/week
just a bit much? Just trying to get info for myself as i am a 1st timer aswell and i asked if it was better to do 1 compound or 2. Almost all answers i got where "for 1st time stick with 1".

I just did my 1st cycle this spring. Great results, no probs with recovery.

500mg/week test only is plenty I promise!

Also, my friend just had bad acne from his 2nd cycle test/primo.
He knew it was the primo because his 1st cycle was test only.

Don't go too crazy or you may wind up with a bunch of stretch marks!
(If you want stretch marks, go dbol/test/deca x10 weeks+)

Wait to frontload dbols on your next cycle. Add the eq on 2nd or 3rd cycle.
This way you'll see the good and bad differences from adding different drugs and learn what works best for your body in the process.

Use arimidex during cycle and switch to use tamoxifen only during the PCT. You can search around but Nolvadex slows growth by reducing the body's plasma levels of IGF-1 slowing growth and it also has been linked to liver cancer, despite the fact that it is used for breast cancer treatment.

NO TBOL WITH NOLVADEX. If you don't know why, you haven't researched these drugs. Stroke, pulmonary embolism, death, all bad.

Week 1-10: 500mg/wk test & .5mg/day arimidex
PCT as you had it with hcg and nolvadex

That will be my 2nd cycle as well; I'll add to it on my 3rd if I'm not happy.
No need for us virgins to go getting fisted to get the results.
